How does it work?
When we receive your initail paymenyt of £99 plus VAT we will agree with you your keyword phrases and develop a range of adverts targetting those keywords. Phrases and adverts can be changed at any time at short notice without incurring any additional fees. Furthermore unlike other online advertising schemes you only pay for the adverts that deliver visitors to your website (click throughs) and you set the maximum budget you are willing to spend.
Am I committing to a long term contract?
No. We email you analytics of your adverts performance every month together with an invoice for the monthly renewal of this service. If you don't like the results you are getting just give us 30 days written notice of your wish to cancel and then thats it. We are sure however, that you will find a fantastic return on your investment and will want to keep the traffic coming.
Do you need access to the code on my website?
No, but we can add a tracking code to provide even more detail about your site visitors behaviour. All we need is a suitable website address, e.g. your home page. However, we do suggest that a specific landing page is set up in so that when a visitor clicks on an advert they are taken to a specific page geared to their search rather than to a general page which may not have the information they are looking for.
Am I guaranteed to be on the first page of Google 24/7?
It is not possible for any company including Google to guarantee to have your website on the first page 24 hours a day 7 days a week, there are lots of varying factors including reaching your daily budget limit, what your competition are paying and the quality of your keywords.
Can you guarantee what position my ad will appear on the first page?
The positions Google allocates clients on their fist page is derived from many different factors. As your competition makes changes to their website or online advertising campaigns this can force a change in your position.
How and when are future payments made?
We will invoice you prior to your monthly renewal date and payment can be made either by cash, cheque or credit card. If for any reason payment is not received when due, all advertising will be suspended. If you wish to cancel our agreement at any time you will need to give 30 days written notice; witholding payment is not deemed notice of cancellation. Additionally we will need to register your credit card with Google so that Google can bill you for the clicks your advert receives.

I have a massive advertising budget to spend can you help?
Lucky you! For advertising spend above £500 per month, in addition to our monthly management fee we charge 7.5% of the advertising spend to cover the additional work involved in creating, tracking and fine tuning your adverts so that they deliver the results you expect.
What is PPC and what are Click Throughs?
The £99 fee covers our time and expertise managing your online account. When potential customers see your advert you don't get charged - just exposure. If they click on the advert and visit your site then you are charged a fee. PPC stands for pay per click. Which means the advert has done its job and has delivered a visitor to your site. Its down to the website to then deliver what the customer wants - products, services or information. You can set a limit to how much you are willing to pay for a click - it works like an auction where you are essentially bidding against your competition for the visitors click. You can also set a daily/monthly budget limit which when reached automatically stops your adverts from displaying.
